Exit and Entry Inspections
We provide exit and entry inspections for letting agents and solo landlords. The inspection can be as detailed as the agent/landlord requires. It can be an inspection only recording obvious damages on the internal of the house/unit/flat or it can be a complete maintenance list of the internal. For houses and stand-alone units/full titles in estates, we can do an inspection of all external and internal areas as well as the roof.
As you can see from our website, we do house inspections daily and have many years experiences of this. We know what to look for, what caused the problem, and how to rectify properly. We can also provide an estimate of what we think repair work could cost. Give us a call or WhatsApp us.
